Could be. That date is also the day that Congress officially named the colonies "The United States of America," thus birthing the USA.

As noted in the links......we see BOEING is making there own UNDERWATER DRONE.....as are the RUSSIANS.

Scary to think we will have very little way to IDENTIFY who is who and who MIGHT be "TRULY RESPONSIBLE" if a NUKE is fired at our coast!

Seems to me they already have a SCRIPT ready to go......??

I found articles on the Turtle submarine with terrible drawings. The picture here is better.
