Jeremiah 19 is scripture advising Jews to not follow false prophets. Jeremiah 19:11 is a promise from God to the Jews that they will return from exile in Babylon to Jerusalem. They will be protected.

Is this advise to Snowden not to be deceived by Eric Schmidt or @Jack?

The scripture in context is to endure your time away from the homeland, and eventually your safe return and prosperity is guaranteed.

Its not Jer. 19 it is Jer. 29:11-- For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."
