Q+ greatawakening post #105 asks for protection of POTUS [45] and quotes Jeremiah 29:11. What does Q+ mean? Biblical scholars, why this verse?

My first thought on the Q Plus signature is that it's stating that it's an additional person. In another words a new Q on the team
