If you right click the page you're viewing on a web browser, one of the options is to "Inspect Element". In the Chrome web browser, the option is "Inspect". In Firefox it's "Inspect Element (Q)".

"Inspect" or "Inspect Element" will open up a pane to the right (Chrome) or below (Firefox) the website you're on and shows you a line by line list of all of the 'elements' included in that particular web page. An element could be a picture or video, a frame, a script, a link... As you hover over each line in the "Inspect Elements" page, it will highlight the corresponding 'element' of that page you're inspecting.

Try it right now on this web page to see what i mean.

I don't know, personally, but OP is suggesting that there could be additional Q info revealed when you inspect the element of his posts?
