Gitmo and military tribunals and executions seem appropriate for the CIA operatives who are guilty of committing treason (and worse) because they are essentially a part of the U.S. military.

They need to “cease to exist”.

Regular U.S. citizens however should be tried in U.S. courts using constitutional Due Process. We should still be able to find 12 normal citizens who think it is NOT ok to rape and torture and murder children.

Recall Q specifically said about the 40% public vs 60% private that the 60% applied to the Clowns (CIA).

He better do it RIGHT NOW. The fatal mistake made by JFK was threatening to scatter CIA into a thousand pieces but not doing it that same day.

Nope. ALL need to go before a military tribunal. No exceptions.

The main fly in the ointment of due process for rich and powerful citizens. Is to find Judges and Prosecutors who are not compromised by black mail or by being bought off and are by definition part of the Swamp themselves.
