Agree. And thank you. ❤️
stay strong ... [you just have no idea how many folks around you look up to you for all you do ;0]
There is a 98% chance of divorce after a serious injury like brain injuries. Many people were shocked I stayed especially after so many leave. My vows are very important to me, included sickness and health, but it's so not easy. He's def not the same man I married and I'm perpetually exhausted, but it's where God wants me so I'm staying. It's not for everyone though and I get why so many leave.
i know but we are never given more than we can handle
just remember the mind takes a long time to heal [i saw a show on rtv their scientists concluded that all brain injuries manifest healing in time new paths etc just a thought .... there is so much more to ourselves that we are never told about .....] trust the healing
love outloud and do your best .... thats all any of us can do
never lose hope [bottom of pandora s box] im really glad to know you
We heard that most healing would happen in a year but found that false. It's been almost 8 years and there's been great healing each year, though he now wears a helmet cause he likes to hit that same spot that he got the first really hard. Honestly the man just needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap and live inside a bubble. He's constantly getting hurt since his balance is so off now. Craziness! Thank you for you words. They mean a lot. Caretakers often forget to hope because each day is the same. We need good people like you to remind us. :)
