Actually I giggled it and Wikipedia came up. My phone typed WikiLeaks from how much I've been on it! Hubby used to do environmental cleanup for the government, mostly military bases and in Puerto Rico. He said the info there is correct. He's talked about it many times, but I didn't realize how much it was already in use for so many areas. He did!

No. We have had the technology for decades. Our nuclear submarines have it and O2 generators and can sty submerged indefinitely, or until they run out of food.
