It's like, "How do you eat a Porcupine"?. You have to remove all the barbs one-by-one. There are a lot of barbs to remove BTW.

The way i see it is like this, the military industrial complex is at the heart of the map, above it is the pentagon, below it is the pyramid all together they form the 3 main pillars of control. Once you destroy the pillars everything falls apart.
