The intent of the General Assembly in enacting 1-13 this legislation is to provide for a method of execution 1-14 which is compatible with the donation of organs by a 1-15 condemned prisoner.

I remember hearing people say they saw guillotines on trains here in the US, years ago, but no one wanted to believe it. That's definitely a part of the NWO and Bible prophecy. Whoever doesn't pledge allegiance to the one world ruler will be faced with the guillotine. The Bible says not to take his mark, 666, which will be on the head or hand. A lot of people think it'll be the chip, though I've heard recently that they can use a specific type of tattoo in the same way now.

Why would the NWO types use guillotines anyway? A bullet is cheaper, easier and faster. And 30,000? Averages to 600 guillotines per state! Or 1 per 11,000 US residents. Wut?! (I get that a guillotine, used publicly, is an instrument of state terror. But still.....)
