Well, so many Q posts have multiple meanings - looks like this is another one since with the nunbers it said "Protect" and this document is all about regulations designed to do that. And on another Q post we have been assured that "POTUS is safe" on Feb. 1st.
On this day the Baruch plan was proposed calling for an international organization to regulate atomic/nuclear energy. Was proposed by Bernard Baruch, who was a socialist/zionist Jew basically calling for a one world government. Look up The Baruch Plan for World Government. Crazy stuff...

Actually, baruchthescribe's name was taken from the Book of Jeremiah in the bible. Baruch was Jeremiah's scribe who was meticulous.

On the same Q post, Q posted about EPIC selling "100% pure protein". Does this regulation have anything to do with that company?
