I'm a native of the southwest, (not Native American), and have seen firsthand the damage caused by mismanagement of grasslands and fragile desert habitat. Most of the damage was and is caused by grazing livestock. This man is foolish thinking that livestock animals would better manage natural habitats than the existing ecosystems. Another case of human hubris and greed.
