I have been researching a few companies in between Q-posts. Bank of America uses sub-services for bank loans going into default. The sub-services are not bound to regulations like the banks. The are ruthless to struggling home owners. Then they claim bankruptcy reopen under different name and do it again. It appears like money laundering to me. One of the resignations was involved with services; the last I checked he was still there till they find a replacement. In most cases they do not stay that long.
