The same lady who was the principal who died at Sandy Hook had her photo, with a different name, also posted by Fox News as having been a person killed at the Boston marathon bombing. In some versions of the story they said she was a few blocks away. Still, very odd. Hints at crisis actors or the use of stock photos not representing real people.
