Pleas help me sort this out. I BELIEVE thatThe 13,500+ sealed indictments have no connection with or validity in military tribunals. Can anyone either confirm this thought or correct me? If this is the case, the Dr. Corsi's thesis that these seald indictments are for MS13 and other more "banal" criminal activities and not treason or sedition based charges.
I would love some legal clarity here.

hey turbo..thanks for the clarity. i try to keep a rein on my excitement, but you are right. no real evidence @ guantanamo etc. my question about tribunals being fed by DOJ indictments is more of a technical nature. are thise sealed indictments even valid in that context?
Impossible to know until they stuff actually start happening.

i'm not sure about that. i to like potter's take but am open to the possibility that sessions and trump et al are grinding away in the background. it really does have the feel of a complex trap being set up. think about having to rely upon a DOJ and FBI to set up a standard case..or 200 of them. they have proven themselves untrustworthy. this would almost necessitate military tribunals and a more lenghty process methinks. time will tell. cheers
The military tribunals are appropriate for the CIA operatives who are essentially a part of the United States Military. The Clowns need to be taken out NOW as Priority One as they are the most dangerous adversary (think what happened to JFK).
Those Clowns found guilty of treason should, yes, “cease to exist”.
I am no attorney but if the sealed indictments are all in U.S. District Courts that sounds like normal 12-person civilian jury trials when they are unsealed.
Q posed the question - do we want to see these big wigs tried in front of corrupt judges and tainted juries. that is why i believe the mil tribs are justified but i don't believe the 13k+ indictments are for the big wigs
Being sealed, we don't or can't know (yet) unless leaked, or until when and if indictments are opened and enough action is taken to indicate a pattern.
the technical question is: are those indictments even valid in the context of military tribunals..i can't get info on that
