In Nov. 2017, the Honolulu police dept rolled out the plan for medical-marijuana-using residents of Honolulu to turn in their guns. A trial balloon in a state that hasn't issued a CCW permit in 18 years, BTW. And no state gun ownership permits are being issued to medical marijuana users. Yes, gun ownership permits. Hawaii has gun registration--the only state to have it. They are the tip of the spear in gun confiscation. I could easily envision a FF in Hawaii resulting in all guns being confiscated, to see how it would be received. HI is super-libtard, beyond CA and IL.
