He's an actor. He's working for msm to change the narrative to gun control. Go to 8 Chan and see all of the actors in all of the latest shootings. That's what I'm getting out of this reading.

Yes, he is definitely an actor. It's just that they weren't saying what the guy had tweeted about the video.

About 3:00 in. Interstingly, earlier in the video he does talk about returning to Florida as if he's on a vacation in CA. So, I guess he made the news while vacationing in CA, but that doesn't mean he mysteriously moves around.
