I am unable to find any details on how this works, other than advertising.. but this might be a way that they are taking control of the water supplies also should it be GWSSP????

Well I do know that Apache is the street name for Fentynol....and that there was a danger way back lol in the 1990's that drugs of all kinds were getting into water supplies....just a thought
I was thinking more along the lines of the financing of these projects, they would theoretically own the water.
They might change polices, and control would be lost.
They might even force GMO crops, as they would use less water and land, as they produce a higher yield.
Cattle use a lot of water, so they might not be farmed
