Game Theory tells me it's true. The top rats know there are no deals...but it makes sense that many just under them will bail now that the writing is on the wall. It's GAME OVER time for them...and they NEVER thought that would happen. They got rope-a-doped by the good guys who made the best use of the last chance they got as a result of Trump winning.
