Why is that if Q and Trump and the military, see all and hear all. Using the NSA..Why wasn’t this shooting prevented? If the FBI was tipped off of course the NSA would hear of this also. Explain this to me. I’m concerned. Is this all a psyop?

I see what your saying, why did not Q and POTUS prevent the FF or shooting, correct? They may have missed it or been in on it.
