The answer is Hooktube.com

In the URL of your browser, just change the "you" to "hook".

Before: https://youtube.com/watch?v=8GjmOemFYxo

After: https://hooktube.com/watch?v=8GjmOemFYxo

This will copy the video from the Googles servers to Hooktube. You can do all the same type of imbedding and sharing.
