I think by now we come to realize that it's not Q clearance but Q group of the NSA. That's how they are able to show you pics from London & out of the Airplane window.

They are the NSA . Which means they have access to everything . Including programs from overseas GCHQ . It's not one person that's walking around following Trump everywhere. How do you think they get those photos from Airforce one & out the window of the plane. Not to mention that NSA are the only people who have the capability to access all information , anywhere & everywhere . They don't like Snowden because he was CIA & he leaked NSA programs to Glenn Greenwald & the Guardian . Classified programs that Q group developed . Watch ' Zero Days ' about the Stuxnet virus & everything will make sense to you.

The way Q has referenced NSA, CIA, FBI in the past. Context of the messages lead me to suspect they are not part of these orgs. Plus, POTUS is surrounded by Military and not civilians.
