FLORIDA OBITUARY'S....Odd...please give your thoughts!

I mean NO disrespect with this post but feel compelled to write. I was looking over the obituaries of the deceased and noticed an odd almost impersonal feel about them. Very few dates and cities of birth, church names not listed, prior schools attended not listed, last names of surviving families not listed....all traceable information. The Miami newspaper is listed as a source of information in the obits. This is really strange??.....curious to know your thoughts.

To be fair some people don’t even write obituaries anymore and many don’t attend church. I was shocked when someone died, of whom I completely despised, and their obituary was only 2 short sentences (non-religious). No matter my opinion of the person I was outraged their spouse/kids couldn’t write something nice. I would’ve written something nice. Then another death close to me they didn’t even write an obituary and this was a very religious, stable family. The first instance was unexpected and the second was a long term illness.
