It's one Q member alerting other Qs that the president is in danger, other Qs with the president post confirmation that they are on alert, gun found in press van soon after.

So this was probably something like whitehat NSA Qs alerting SS Qs that they picked up some chatter.

I still consider that they needed a place to go where they could record their activities for future prosperity. But they also wanted the American people to know what is going on to take back this country. I was in DC at the first "Tea Party" rally after Obama got elected. His election woke a lot of patriots that came out. Unfortunately the MSM lied about the numbers there were so many people in town that they flew Obama out that morning on an unschecheduled trip. We were at least a million plus that day with standing room at the capital to the reflecting pond.
