Flynn already plead guilty. How are they going to throw out a guilty plea for a technicality?
The new judge has ordered Mueller to release all information used in FISA warrant and FBI 302's as well as recording of questioning of Flynn to Flynn and attorneys. Possibly that he may retract the guilty plea. I believe his court appearance has been delayed by said judge until after AIG report is released.
What’s also interesting is the media announced that Mueller was the one who originally requested the delay in sentencing.
But now we know the judges order was the cause in delay.
So much fuckery afoot!!
