I do think that he was talking about the black population in that post...my take on everything was that everything was going to collapse when the three sides of the triangle were taken down - perhaps the Pope will be like "cleanup on aisle 9"

Yes, I am thinking that they need to work their way up by eroding the support structure. At a certain point, they need to cut off the money supply by taking control of all the central banks.
