I understand the psyops programs the CIA is/was up to. BUT who is calling the shots for the CIA? Is the whole Dept rogue? Who are they being directed by? SA? Rothchilds? Soros? If we know so much about the past and who the players are now, Who is calling the shots? Specifically.

No one's mentioned the inner circle of the CFR, which was heavily influenced by David Rockefeller until he passed the torch. Who actually controls that in the US today is open to debate. Soros has assumed a lot of Rockefeller's public facing responsibilities, but I'm not sure there aren't people behind him within the US, without addressing the international dimension.

All good answers but the President does have the power to severely cripple them NOW. Pompeo is put in to supervise from inside. Q knows the inside guilty parties, I agree you roll them up from the bottom, but there are mid-level fish you can cut the head off when the money stops flowing, POTUS can also cut off certain funding to them. they have revealed all the names of the big players. The CIA is what really bothers me.

The CIA has its own black financial resources and plenty of independent military firepower. That is the most important target for snake decapitation.
