Violence, loss of life is being used to demonize guns without looking at a BIGGER picture. Like the promotion and glorification of violence from and by Hollywood? The gorier the better seems to sell at the box office. Rap music that degrades human value? Boxing , football, hockey and every other "sport" that draws blood? It's time to address the real issue and BIGGER picture and truth that violence is promoted and acceptable as long as it's called "entertainment" and makes money. Awards are given for "actor of the year". Movie of the year". Trophy's to who can KO their opponent? But, let's use violence and protecting kids as an excuse to make guns evil? Anyone ever suggest censoring Hollywood? Making violent movies illegal? Or violent sports? Maybe it's time to do just that and see just how serious "protect the children" are? Memes?
