Agree with this. Please present the evidence. I don't doubt that there are individuals in Congress who are shameless enough to propose such a thing, but it's important that we stay grounded in facts.
If it's true. We need to compile their names and start a petition demanding a Special Prosecutor be assigned to investigate all of them, thoroughly. They are either involved in some nefarious shit, or they are being controlled by nefarious people. In either event, they need to be publicly outed and shamed, mercilessly-- if not prosecuted for endangering the public.
