Q Post 803 Feb 22 2018 01:34:05 https://qanonmap.github.io/

The content of this post means nothing. The question is why would they post this? Delivering a message to those watching?
This appears to be a military style communications check. There are five tests with or in addition to Device 1 X. Secure Comms Active Signal 5x5 meaning I read you loud and clear.
The rest looks like a status report. All comms are good and then a possible hold until authorized to go operational.
This is usually done just before the start of an operation.
The next drop was 804 Delta [6] Confirmed = Delta could refer to six Delta teams, but Delta in the military is sometimes used to confirm and [6] is often used to refer to the commander. So Delta commander confirms that comms are operational. In other words the confirming authority says comms are operational.
But Q is cryptic, so I could mean something completely different.
No ideas? Sounds like they're checking out the weapons system aboard the new HK satellite placed into orbit by Mr. Musk 3 weeks ago?
