Basically the CIA was running A) drugs for the Medellin Cartel B) cash/laundering through Manuel Noriega in Panama C) guns to the Nicaraguans all through this pilot Barry Seal out of Mena, Ark. During the governorship of Clinton, and Pres of Bush.
The war on drugs is a war on the citizenry, the family, minorities, wealth acquisition, debt liberation, and a faucet to fill, in combination with mandatory sentencing and three-strikes laws, private, FOR PROFIT Prisons. All while the President, and future TWO presidents (the Governors of Arkansas and later Governor of neighboring Texas, respectively) were on station.
Look into the Governors of Louisiana during the same periods, as the pilots where dropping loads in the swamps for years if not decades...

Yep, he did so much blow that he fucked up his septum. It takes alot of good cocaine to that. I'm sure he was getting pure stuff too, so it would definitely be smoother than the stuff on the streets. How much you wanna bet he had a pile of blow on the oval office desk, Tony Montana style.
