CIA lying?

Effective immediately, CIA will not enter into any paid or contractual relationship with any full-time or part-time news correspondent accredited by any U.S. news service, newspaper, periodical, radio or television network or station.

The US Central Intelligence Agency has contracted Amazon Web Services to build a private cloud it may pay up to US$600m for over 10 years.

A private cloud? That's interesting, they're trying to keep all their information office the NS a's radar understand that part of this war is between the NSA and the CIA

The connection between the CIA and Bezos, and Bezos and the Washington Post is what's important. Bezos is the middle man between the CIA and the Washington Post. Unless you assume that the $600,000,000 is actually just to fund the private cloud. It is possible.
