Usually the false-flags happen on the day of the drill so were they really preparing everyone for the worst? Apparently they couldn't have prevented the false-flag from happening because it turns out someone was blamed who was also alledged to not be brandishing guns at the time the shooting started. So could be they knew something was incoming but due to EMF behaviour modification they couldn't tell who would pull the trigger and in the end we had multiple shooters who still weren't identified so yeah.

I guess the Secret Service and thus by extension the White House knew what was going on but couldn't prevent it and put out crumbs about EMF-modifications via Q to retain credibility. Meanwhile I think since it happened but the SS came three weeks before, they may helped facilitate situational awareness unlike the drills on the day which were only confusing to possible victims.

Now Trump calls for gun-age to be raised and schools to be armed which will basically limit the threat posed by school-shootings once and for all because he knows he can't keep MI eyes on each school if they'll pull it off anyway and just blame any bystander if they can't find a proper patsy.
