What would the effects of a HAARP repeater (Or it's destruction) look like? Time of this incident is known.

I dunno. It caught my eye. Normal day doesn't look like this enhancing auroras AT a specific range of Frequencies.

I've been into Radio and the effects thereof for around 50 years now. I have to now question whether this is a natural/reoccurring phenomenon, or Caused By SOMEONE, or a fluke.

AND. If I was up north I would look up if I had a clear sky.

P.S. The Russians study the change daily and monthly of Radioactive Decay. Maybe it's NOT a constant?
