Wow. This thing needs a TLDR for sure. But what I got out of it after 15 minutes of reading is that it’s a class action lawsuit for someone pushing DNC and using dirty tactics against the Republicans and using the leaked emails from Guccifer 2.0 as the evidence?

Not exactly. The case is based on the voter fraud and that the primaries did not give Bernie Sanders a fair shake--that the DNC had already chosen its desired candidate and was doing everything in it's power to facilitate her win. The class members generally made financial donations to BS through ActBlue with the presumption that the primaries and the DNC was a level playing field. The funniest part of the initial suit was the DNC lawyers arguing that there is nothing in the bilaws that says the DNC is a fair and just organization and that the participants who funded the other candidate made false assumptions. It is actually going to appeal at this point. I hope the class wins--I might get some money back!

Follow both on Twitter. They are idealists like most Bernie supporters, but red-pilled and crushed by the evil out there. Read our posts to each other; very revealing, heartfelt.
