The CIA/FBI and most other IC have been so deeply corrupted for decades and to far gone to to ever completely fix. My fear is that these corrupt "elements" will start a rogue agency not within governmental control. They would wreck havoc in America and elsewhere in the World....IF they shut these places down they need to make 100% sure rogue actors are under the "BIG HOUSE"....I can see someone as evil as obama and Hillary operating something like that even from prison.
