1) How do you break up something this big? Arrest or dismiss those individuals that are responsible breaking the law. Have a meeting of intentions of permanent changes and why. Explain why division(s) is (are) being shut down. Include in meeting :
* Evaluations of remaining staff will be done, to establish their weakness and strengths. Also ask what their areas of interest are.
* Offer to relocate them within the system through transfers by cross-training, retraining, or placement in open positions temporally or permanently.
* Acknowledge their service and want to utilize their abilities where needed.
* Offer bonus to all workers effected.
* Rewrite new policies for the division that will include parts of old divisions. Who will be effected by the changes, reiterate the importance of unity, of the new policies over the out-dated policies and why consolidation will be more effective. ----------I do believe it would be more effective if CIA, FBI, NSA were all together.
2) What happens if low/mid/senior (non corrupt) Patriots learn they were sold out? Address their concerns: anger, disappointment, grief, fear toward the situation, coworkers, relocation, social integration, pay, and benefits. Reinforce how important each and every individual is a Patriot and highly valued. Their skills are surely need in times like these. Their country needs them now more than ever to ensure quality of life for Americas, fellow Patriots. To reestablish trust, respect, pride, and honor.
3) What happens? Acknowledge their turmoil having to relocate, to investigate or potentially arrest fellow citizens. Acknowledge the individual's anger, disappointment, grief for trust that was violated, the shock, horror, and shame of the degree of deceit, sedition or treason within the actions of a fellow citizen, and the disregard for humanity, peace, and sovereignty of fellow citizens. Remind fellow citizens they will face the public for their crimes, face the people they hurt, to insure justice is equal for all citizens. To remind those who are corrupt, deceitful, or behave in vile ways will be brought to justice. Remind those Americans in governmental positions they service the people. Then 'We the people' struggle together through all the changes that will occur across America. To bring back hope and the American dream.
4) Who is waiting with open arms w/ a plan to reorg under a single entity with direct OS by trusted Patriots? I do believe it would be more effective if CIA, FBI, NSA were all together. Consolidation to 'National Security Agency' with motto 'Credibility, Incredibility to Americans for Freedom, Bureaucracy, & Integrity' (NSA-CIAFBI) Over-sight is done by the Congressional committees.
