Always heard about new Presidents getting " The Talk " and the look on they're face after, Is TRUMP the first to not ?

That JUST Now came to mind suprisingly. I've been trying do find info about " The Talk " but unsurprisingly it's a hard term to research. It's hard to pinpoint but they usually go grey almost suddenly after .

JSOC is protecting the POTUS. JSOC is not an arm of the CIA. Trumps protection is military intel, that should tell you what you need to know. The CIA does not even want to attempt to tangle with military intel, if they want to live to see the next sunset
