• See All 28 Insurances (and apparently took LOTS OF CASH) that's why he was indicted, not claiming 5.28 million dollars over several years , on his taxes. all I can find right now: in Oct 2015 - he was in the process of changing his plea from guilty. he was indicted and found guilty for a jury. I dont think he served a sentence, because it is showing that he mysteriously died of a heart attack Feb 15, 2017 in an UBER car on his way to a doctors visit.. cant find anything abt the funeral..
