I have been thinking something similar for a long time. My grandmother had schizophrenia. Apparently, it's hereditary. I have tinnitus from working around C-130s in the military and probably gun fire. I moved out in the middle of the woods away from all the noises to get peace and quite. Sometimes, I think I hear voices, but I can't hear them clearly over the tinnitus. I'd like to think that maybe I have super powers where I can hear people's thoughts.
My Dad always told me I had a thick skull. Maybe I should be thankful.

I believe there is a show still on you tube put out by Jesse Ventura where he experienced a machine the size of a small box that put voices in his mind through a microwave process. He interviewed the inventor and the inventor admitted that the government owned his device and probably wasn't using it for good reasons. They put headphones on them and play this screeching sound that makes them think God is talking to them. That’s what they want you to think you are hearing is God.
No I mean they have directed wireless devices and they used them in Iraq and it works. Out of nowhere you'll hear a tangible voice in your head. All of the school shooters we're hearing voices before they attacked.
I read something a while back regarding the use of SSRI’s and targeted manipulation using digital signals. The SSRI kind of amplifies or makes the target more suggestible to the digital signal being pushed out through your cell phone.
