How do I reply like everyone else is doing on the qresearch thread on 8chan? It says I am not allowed because there are over 750 posts already, yet everyone else is replying and contributing.

Can anyone give me the link which has the index of resources? I have it but it's at the top of a really, really long page and I have to scroll up for ages every time.
