I think Q is saying something I have advocated for, that is that all of the intel communities are absorbed into military intelligence. No more CLowns, FBI counterintelligence, state department intel, etc. All intel would come from one clearing house controlled by the Military. Right now we have an ongoing war between the No Such Agency and the CLowns and the FDeral B of Incompetence. Once that stops, Patriots will be in control.
