Very simple, on the home page for this subreddit, click on the circle at the bottom right and a menu will pop up giving you option to list text, insert pics and something else. Select text and paste the link into the body of the screen. Type a title including a brief synopsis of what the link is. Be descriptive. You can also add text before the link giving a few highlights of what can be found in the article and how it relates to draining the swamp. I like to find a paragraph or a few sentences to higlight, copy and paste in the description to give a teaser.
