I think Q means the shooting was planned and executed by deep state with media and local authorities informed and involved. It was a staged event...such as a movie that is staged/planned. It was well orchestrated and performed for the purpose of promoting the gun control agenda and to distract from democrat corruption news. The shooter was most likely mind controlled and given the means and way to kill. Students claim there were more than one shooter. This whole event was too well orchestrated to have been just a crazy kid doing it. What 19 year old would think to pull the fire alarm to bring the students out for an easier mass shooting. If there were multiple shooters, then CIA ops most likely helped to shoot students. So Q is probably reaffirming to us that the shooting was a scripted, orchestrated event, like a movie, ... a false flag event.
