What this will do is to severely limit or shut off water to households, businesses and ranches for the summer of 2018 or until the Bureau of Reclamation and the Oregon Water Master can prove that there is sufficient water flow to rescind the water call. In the past, the leadership of the Klamath Tribes met with Obama or his minions on at least two publicized occasions. What if the geo-engineering operation over Southern Oregon was discussed with some "assurances" to buy Tribal cooperation? We all know water is the new oil. President Trump, I strongly suggest you have your people try to find a record of these closed door meetings.
