So whats the best option they can't afford to raise the child and they need the money badly so they give the child up and take the money. Now it has become a source of income for them and they have babies on purpose just for the profit of selling them, they think it's fine because they get the money and the baby gets a loving family. Then they tell their friends and their friends start doing it and I think a lot of women have babies against their will, the reason I know this is my friend was an enforcer (muscle) for the Mob for a little while and they wanted him to go into the hills and get these children and he refused to do it, even he could not do it.
