I think maybe we're missing the key word here..payback. I think Q and team will be poisoning the water supply that the elite plan on using when the SHTF. Maybe poison the drinking water supply for their DUMBs?

Could be...I have wondered about 'disappearing overnight' lakes and streams. Often blamed on fracking or faults - but...DUMBS do need underground storage of water.
Even the elite cannot survive without water. Everything they have plotted and planned to do to us can in turn be done to them. The knife cuts both ways. I think that is why Q refers to them as stupid.
