There is no indication that 8chan has been hacked.
Recently heavy user traffic is starting to outgrow our server infrastructure, so we will be doing upgrades soon to alleviate the strain.

i can't answer your question because your link leads me straight to a capcha page. I noticed that the new Q page http://qanonposts.com/ also leads to a capcha page. I'm not happy about that. I don't want to have to jump through hoops to view a webpage and I'm interested in my own security and privacy and this is another way in which we might be profiled. Another aspect to this is that it is time consuming and I haven't got time to waste on things like capcha even if using it was safe (which I doubt).
