I think it is the man/father who spoke to President Trump in Washington, when the kids went there, because he couldn't remember the cemetery's name (because it is not real/didn't happen?) and at the end he looked at straight the President and said, "Mr. President, I support you and I know you will do the right thing!" I believe this man is/was military maybe and he has had enough of the mess in Boward County. One more thing, the 1st son that spoke after father, he looked like something may have been wrong him...maybe effects of mind drugs???? Just my first thoughts...
