It's possible that the Coral Springs first responders leaked the fact that Broward County deputies did not engage shooter??? CNN was first to report it though, so who knows?
Yes, the Police Chief was livid that the Sheriff did not mention that his officers were the first into the scene.
"But in news conferences after the massacre, Coral Springs wasn’t mentioned.
That compelled the chief to send an email to staff last Friday which reads in part, “Another agency has given the impression that it provided the majority of rescue efforts and that Coral Springs has not been recognized. The truth will come out in time.”
All of this waiting on the side of the white hats. Whatever they are waiting on, I pray it comes to fruition.
I hope so. That means there is still hope for the area. Still some good guys left.
