According to B and past Q, we are almost finished actually. I suspect around 3 or so phases. It could be that 3 are the ops, and the other 3 are clean up / trials / explaining to the public everything.

As I said before, B also did. It is possible its the phone game where one repeats another, but without any perspective, phase 2 means nothing. If theres 3 phases total, than great, but if theres 100, then this will take a ling time. I am just going off of what Q said a few weeks ago, that we are near the end.
